Colorado Lottery

Four years after the initial launch of the Colorado Lottery web site, the Lottery decided that the site design needed to be updated to continue to meet consumer expectations. Visionary Consulting was hired to help.

Visionary Consulting has been working with the Colorado Lottery for over two years. During this time, we've helped the Lottery refine and implement its online requirements.

• We started by creating a long-term strategic plan for the site, outlining site organization and features that would help promote the lottery and better serve Lottery customers.
• We then assisted the Lottery in finding a development company that could effectively execute that plan. We created a bid document, reviewed the bid responses, evaluated oral presentations and participated in the final selection process.
• As the site re-development effort gets underway, we actively participate in all project reviews and offer the benefit of our experience to our client.
